Our handmade cushions are dispatched within 3-5 working days from order date
Our handmade pet blankets are dispatched within 7-10 working days of order date

Our products are dispatched from our studio in Richmond, south west London.

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. You can choose your preferred delivery option at checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 takes 2-3 business days and costs £3.99
Royal Mail Tracked 24 takes 1-2 business days and costs £4.99

Our products are packaged in durable recyclable cardboard.

Royal Mail states that their delivery timings are an aim rather than a guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail due to staff shortages, industrial action etc. However please feel free to contact us if you are having any issues with your delivery and we'll do what we can to help.
